Wednesday, September 12th was a day of celebration and team-building for the
Goodall Homes Team. We like to celebrate our successes by spending time together as a team, getting to know each other better, and maybe learn more about our company while we're at it.
This time, we hopped aboard the nicest bus I've ever seen to embark on a journey in and around Nashville. We started our day at our Home Office in Gallatin, and from there we visited
Foxland Harbor and toured one of our Model Homes at
Windstar Bay, the
Mansfield. After that, we made our way down to the Franklin area to see some beautiful land that will soon be our newest Goodall neighborhoods!
While on the bus, we split into four teams and played some trivia, with the questions being random facts about our employees. We have an interesting bunch of people on our team, to say the least!
Afterward, we journeyed on down to
Canterbury in Thompson's Station for a tour of our
Richmond II Model Home and we ate lunch and visited with one another while we were there. Next stop was our newest community,
The Grove at Cane Ridge, which also happens to be our first Davidson County community! While there, we toured a brand new Model Home called the
Eliot, decorated by Melissa Sisk.
Next it was time to drive past our new Design Center, which is currently under renovation in Metro Center. Then, the final stop was the best part...Marble Slab Creamery in Hendersonville. Yummmmm! We enjoyed some refreshing ice cream before heading back to the office.
It was a great day, and was time well-spent to make us a more unified, stronger team. I love working for
Goodall Homes!
