The Goodall Homes Customer Care Department is managed in-house, allowing us the opportunity to deliver you the best quality service on your home both during construction and afterward.

To submit a Customer Care Service Request, please reach out to our Customer Care Department at the following email and/or phone number.

A Goodall Homes Customer Care Representative will contact you within 24 hours of your submission, excluding weekends. If you have an emergency warranty issue during non-business hours, please visit our Warranty Information page. You will find your community's Emergency Call Protocol downloaded under the Goodall Homes Warranty Program menu. This will also include a list of emergency items covered under your warranty.

Note: Any Emergency call that is determined to be a non-emergency will be assessed a service charge.
