The Oxford

The Oxford is a luxurious villa style home that offers first level living. They all comer with a covered patio, sunroom, and a large open-concept living area that boasts plenty of space for hosting friends and family. Also, the large open kitchen includes a generous eat-on island and gourmet touches. All of our villas offer a two-car garage with private owner’s entry and mudroom that makes coming and going convenient and clutter-free. The owner’s suite on the first floor features a spa-like private bathroom and large walk-in closet. A second bedroom and additional bath provide more living space for family or guests. This design also includes a covered porch and storage space. The additional options we offer on the Villa is the ability to have an upstairs with a third bedroom, third full bathroom, and a spacious loft area for entertaining.
