The Brighton’s single-level villa design has everything you need for comfortable and spacious living all on the first floor. With it's large covered patio, generous open-concept great room and dining area, and gourmet kitchen there’s more than enough room for relaxing or entertaining. The owner’s suite on the first floor features a luxurious private bath and large walk-in closet. There is also a flex room, second bedroom, and additional bathroom that give you even more living space. This design also includes a covered porch and storage space off of the laundry room.
