has announced plans to introduce Millstone, a new master planned community in Hendersonville. Located off of Saundersville Road, Millstone has been approved for 614 homes, including 420 single-family homes and 194 villas, cottage homes, and townhomes. Development is scheduled to start this summer with the projected date to open for sales in early 2014. Millstone’s amenity campus (scheduled to begin in Phase 2), will be the center piece for this lifestyle community offering residents a variety of active and passive recreation. Amenities will include a pavilion, resort style pool, community lake, fitness center, playground and a walking trail that links to sidewalks throughout the community. In addition to the amenity campus, Millstone will also include design features such as a Mill House with grinding wheel, event lawn and water fall that will make Millstone a destination community for the Nashville area.
Since founder, Bob Goodall began building homes in 1983, Goodall Homes
has gone on to build thousands of homes in numerous locations in the Greater Nashville area, including Gallatin, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Nashville, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, Franklin, and Thompson's Station. Goodall Homes has established itself as one of the fastest growing and most respected home builders in Tennessee. Locally owned and operated, Goodall Homes offers development, building and real estate sales services all under one roof.
Recent honors speak to their success across all three areas: In 2011, Goodall Homes received the National Housing Quality Bronze Award, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders; was ranked the third-fastest-growing company in the Nashville Business Journal
’s annual list of 25 Fastest-Growing Private Companies; and was honored with the publication’s Best in Business Award for 2011. And despite their rapid growth, giving back to the community remains a top priority: In 2012, Goodall Homes co-sponsored Operation Finally Home, a nonprofit program in which a mortgage-free home was built and delivered to an injured veteran.
Bob Goodall, President of Goodall Homes
, said “Millstone is one of the largest and most exciting projects to be approved in Middle Tennessee in recent years. I am confident that this community will be a true destination community, and we look forward to serving many happy
homeowners in the very near future”.
