New Billboard on I-40 East Boasts 100% Financing Available

If you live in the Nashville area, no doubt you have noticed the new Goodall Homes billboard on I-40 east, right outside of downtown.  It brags "100% financing available".  We are sure you are wondering what this is all about, so here it is, in a nutshell:

This is an FHA 30-yr fixed rate loan coupled with a program called THDA.  THDA offers several different types of benefits to customers who have not owned a home in the past three years, and who meet specific income, sales price, and credit criteria.  The specific program is called Great Start, which grants up to 4% of the loan amount to the buyer.
