As a Sales Representative, you will assume the responsibility to influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis. In addition to consultative selling, each Sales Representative will manage customers from point of sale throughout the home building process.
Goodall’s Training Program provides a detailed and structured training program to ensure success for all Sales Representatives. The Goodall Training Program includes centralized classroom training, supplemented by extensive field training with a designated Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will have:
Two to four years of proven, successful sales experience
Four-year degree preferred
Excellent human relation skills
High drive for results
Strong problem solving and communication skills
