It’s that time of year again. The days are beginning to grow a little shorter as cool, crisp mornings give the first hint that summer’s long hot days are coming to an end. Pumpkin spice may not quite be in the air (even if it’s available at your local coffee shop), but autumn is just around the corner.
One of the best parts of the autumn season is getting the family together to enjoy some quality time at a Fall Festival!
If you live in one of our Bowling Green communities, you have some incredible options coming up in the next few weeks.
Beginning September 24, the annual Pumpkin Festival is happening at Jackson’s Orchard. The festival features wagon rides, a corn maze, a pumpkin patch, apple picking, a petting zoo, pony rides, and much more. The fun continues every weekend through October 23, so you have plenty of opportunities to take it all in.
The Harvest Festival takes place in downtown Bowling Green on the evening of October 15. This family-friendly event has something for every member of the family. Expect local vendors, arts and crafts, and some great food courtesy of local food trucks. This one will be a night to remember!
And for something a little bit different, check out the first-ever Sky Arts Film Festival, taking place at the historic Capitol Arts Center in Bowling Green. This inaugural event, happening October 13-15, will showcase films from local filmmakers as well as some international gems. Cinema buffs and art lovers won’t want to miss this one!
There’s truly something for everyone in Bowling Green this fall.
