Bob Goodall, Jr.

President and Owner | Email
Bob Goodall is the President and Owner of Goodall Homes. He graduated from Lambuth University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. As a licensed real estate broker, residential contractor and commercial contractor since 1983, Bob has an extensive background in the new home building and selling industry in Middle Tennessee. In addition to his involvement with Goodall Homes, Bob has served his community in such ways as President - Sumner Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year, Chairman - Forward Sumner Economic council and numerous others.

Keith Porterfield

Chief Operations Officer | Email
Originally from Cadiz, Kentucky, Keith started his career by serving in the military for seven years. Keith served as a helicopter communication and navigation systems repair specialist during the first Gulf War in 1990 and 1991. After his military service, Keith began his career in the building industry in 1995 when he ran his own custom homebuilder business.

Rich Pankow

Chief Financial Officer | Email
Rich Pankow is the Chief Financial Officer for Goodall Homes. He has been working in finance since 2000, and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accountancy from the College of William and Mary.

Chris O'Neal

Chief Sales Officer | Email
Chris O'Neal is Chief Sales Officer for Goodall Homes. He brings over 22 years of sales, marketing and management experience, along with a background with both private and public companies. Chris began his homebuilding career in 2004 with national homebuilder NVR and moved to Goodall Homes in 2010. In 2009, Chris was voted the Middle Tennessee Homebuilders Association Sales Manager of the Year. In addition, Chris is an active Board Member for the Middle Tennessee Transit Alliance, Moving Forward: Public Engagement Committee Member, TN Promise Mentor, and member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Chris is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, at Knoxville. Chris, his wife and two sons currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jack Ludington

Jack Ludington began his career as a city engineer in Wilmington, Delaware after graduating from the University of Delaware with his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Jack's experience in land acquisition and development has included projects in 10 different states and has been involved in projects with Centex Homes and Beazer Homes. Throughout the course of his career, Jack has had a hand in the acquisition or development of over 25,000 lots throughout the country.

Todd Reynolds

Todd Reynolds grew up in Gallatin, TN, and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1992. Todd has been in new home sales and management since May 1993. He was voted Sales Manager of the Year in 2013 thru HBAMT. Todd has three children-- Reed, Halle, and Bennett, and his wife is the principal of the new Burrus Elementary.

Ryan Clinard

A native of Gallatin, Tennessee, Ryan Clinard earned his Master's of Business Administration degree while working full time for Goodall Homes in 2007. He excelled as the Director of Purchasing and Design, and was promoted in early 2011 to the VP of Production and Costing.

Ashley Crews

Vice President of Operations | Email
Ashley has 20+ years of home building experience, including various roles in Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Design Center Management. She has a background in both private and public companies, including a national new home builder. Ashley serves on the board for the Sales and Marketing Council, HBAMT, and the THDA Housing Industry Advisory Board. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in finance.

Jim Carden

Vice President of Customer Care | Email
Jim Carden grew up in northeast TN, and has called middle Tennessee home since 1998. He has a BS in Accounting, and also obtained his MBA. Jim started in New Home Sales in 1999, and has also served roles as a sales manager and an operational manager. Jim owned a small home building company for five years in Middle Tennessee. Jim and his wife Kara have two children--Ryan and Sophia, and currently reside in Mt. Juliet, TN. He started working with Goodall Homes in 2012 as Customer Service Manager, before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Care. Jim's hobbies include hiking, reading, and beekeeping.

Mike Stanton

Development Manager | Email
Originally from Washington DC, Mike began his career in the retail grocery business. After acquiring rental properties, Mike started a remodeling business. From here a passion for building was born. Mike has worked for both public and private home building companies for over 20 years. Mike has built and developed thousands of homes throughout the southeastern part of the United States. Mike currently holds General Contracting and Real Estate license in the State of Tennessee.
