Customer Satisfaction

Our homeowners’ satisfaction is something that we take very seriously.  One way to ensure that our homeowners’ voices are heard is through the use of our Guild Quality survey service.  This objective, third party service helps us gain a better understanding of how we can service our homeowners better.

All of our homeowners are important to us.  And every homebuyer is different.   Our Customer Service team is committed to making that process as easy as possible.  Our philosophy is to treat each buyer as an individual, not a number.  Our close attention to detail, professional workmanship and our one year service policy help ensure that our customers will always be happy with the home that they purchase.

Our Nashville Real Estate Customer Service includes the following:
•    All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from time of closing
•    All material warranties are as specified in literature provided at closing
•    All pre-settlement service items identified in your celebration walk thru are coordinated with Goodall Homes
•    All post settlement services are scheduled at your convenience
•    Second year warranty coverage includes limited warranty on all defects in workmanship
•    Years 3 through 10 include a limited warranty on major structural components through the Residential Warranty Corporation. This warranty is transferable to second homeowners.
