On Thursday, May 15, 2008, over 200 people attended the grand opening of Stonebridge by Goodall Homes and Communities. In attendance were local city officials, realtors, and potential residents. All were treated to an evening of food and music while they helped celebrate the opening of another new Goodall community. The event was catered by Chef Christopher, and the live music was provided by “Jake and the Half Conched Band “.The highlight of the grand opening was the ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the two spectacular model homes. These models were professionally decorated by Melissa Sisk. The most noteworthy feature of the new Goodall portfolio of homes is the one-level living designs. Bob Goodall, President of Goodall Homes and Communities, is enthusiastic about this new aspect of Goodall Homes. “Stonebridge is setting a new precedence for all of our communities. We are aggressively moving forward with one-level living options because the market for these homes is strong.”

Response to Stonebridge has been vigorous. Due to the high demand at Stonebridge, development of Phase 2 has already begun.

A community garden area is adjacent to the recreation area, and is designed to give the residents a place to plant vegetables, herbs, or their favorite flowers. The beds are elevated to allow for ease of planting and maintaining the crops or flowers.

Horticulturalist Clayton Humphrys of GreenSpace Designs, represented Rogers Nursery in Gallatin, spoke at an official opening of the gardening area. Lenox Place residents were afforded the opportunity to ask Humphrys many questions about planting and caring for plants, as well as pest control options.

“We hope everyone at Lenox Place will enjoy the gardening area,” stated Bob Goodall, President. “The homeowners at Lenox Place enjoy an active lifestyle, so the addition of the community garden area was a concept that we were excited about providing.”

rector, Debby Haddock, hosted the event for the residents. “As this community continues to grow, there are more and more opportunities for fun here at Lenox,” said Haddock. “With the Clubhouse, pool, exercise room, and now this outdoor recreation area, everyone can stay active by doing things they enjoy. The lifestyle here is wonderful.” Lenox Place, located off of the 109 Bypass in Gallatin, just south of Hancock Street, is being developed by Goodall Homes and Communities.

All nine of the Goodall Homes and Communities use GuildQuality to interview each new homebuyer to assure the best possible service. The survey responses monitor the service delivered, measure the performance of the people, and address the needs of the customers in a timely manner. GuildQuality works with over 500 building professionals, from remodelers to neighborhood developers, to assist them in collecting valuable feedback from their customers.
