Jill Underhill moved to Tennessee in May of 2011, after visiting family in the area a few years ago,  She fell in love with middle-Tennessee immediately.  Jill graduated from the University of Southern Indiana last May and was in Nashville the very
next day!  She then began her New Home Sales career at Beazer Homes, and we are so excited to have her join the Goodall Team!

To Jill, family is everything!  She also enjoys playing almost any sport.  From the time Jill could walk, her life was consumed with gymnastics, basketball, softball and track. She hopes to continue that active lifestyle for as long as she can.

Jill is starting her career at Goodall Homes as a Sales Representative in Training.  Although Jill is an experienced Sales Rep, this will give her a chance to become familiar with the Goodall communities, floorplans, etc., so that she is equipped to give the very best customer service possible.  You can find Jill in the Model Home at our Canterbury and StoneBridge neighborhoods.

Goodall Homes would like to welcome Mike Stanton to our team.  Mike is our Development Manager.  He comes to Goodall Homes with over 20 years of experience in the new home building industry. Mike has worked for both public and privately held companies and has been involved in building and selling thousands of new homes all over the southeastern part of the United States.

 As a licensed Real Estate agent as well as a Licensed General Contractor  with the State of Tennessee Mike understands the importance of finding the right locations, developing great communities  and  delivering a product that not only fills the needs of our customers but is also a place where everyone will be proud to call home.

 In his spare time Mike loves to spend time with his wife and 3 children as well as directing and producing live events  and  the weekly television broadcast for Cornerstone Church.

Goodall Homes is excited to announce that Todd Reynolds will be rejoining our team as Director of Sales, starting Wednesday, November 16th.  Todd brings with him a wealth of new home sales/sales management/sales training experience from his years with Centex, Fox Ridge, Goodall and Beazer Homes.  The addition of Todd will allow our company to further expand market share and continue to establish our company as the most respected builder around.  Todd, welcome back to the Goodall team!  We are honored to have you here!

Goodall welcomes Matt Pater as a Project Manager to Our Team

Matt Pater has been with the Goodall Homes team since July of 2011. Graduating from Purdue University, Matt holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.  Matt started off his career as a Production supervisor at Ford Motor Co. in Indiana.  He then joined with Habitat for Humanity and soon became a project manager with the non-profit organization.

Matt moved to Nashville in 2005, joining Fox Ridge Homes as a Project Manager.  He has won several awards for outstanding customer service and construction volume. 

Matt and his wife Amy live in Hendersonville with their 2 year old daughter Cassidy.  He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Brandon Castle is the Assistant Purchasing Manager for Goodall Homes

Goodall Homes would like to introduce you to Brandon Castle.  Brandon is the Assistant Purchasing Manager at Goodall Homes.  He started working for Goodall on June 10th, 2011.

Brandon graduated from MTSU with a BS in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration in May of 2011.  He was recently a member of MTSU’s Residential Construction Management Team where they placed 2nd nationally at this year’s International Builder’s Show.  Brandon was also the Treasurer of the Student Homebuilder Association while attending MTSU.

Brandon is originally from Smyrna, TN, where he still resides.  Last summer, Brandon took part in the complete restoration of the Gaylord Springs Golf Course Club House after the flood in May of 2010.

Amanda Hardin is a Sales Representative for Goodall Homes

Amanda Hardin began working for Goodall Homes in September of 2011. Prior to that Amanda, for more than 8 years,  has worked onsite selling brand new homes in the Hendersonville area for The Jones Company of TN, LLC.  Amanda has trained and mentored many new onsite Sales Associates to become successful Sales Representatives.  As a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) Amanda has helped more than 140 families realize the dream of homeownership.  As a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Middle Tennessee Sales and Marketing council Amanda has received numerous awards including Bronze, Silver, and Gold Circle of Excellence Awards for New Home Sales Achievement.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Amanda has been a resident of Hendersonville for many years.  Amanda currently resides in Hendersonville with her husband (Aaron) and her daughter (Bella).  She has two furry children, a Chihuahua (Buddy Love) and a Siamese Cat (Mr. Beazley). When not at work she enjoy’s spending quality time with her family and friends.  You can find her many nights at the local park watching her daughter play softball.
