Chris O'Neal is Chief Business Development Officer for Goodall Homes. He brings over 22 years of sales, marketing and management experience, along with a background with both private and public companies. Chris began his homebuilding career in 2004 with national homebuilder NVR and moved to Goodall Homes in 2010. In 2009, Chris was voted the Middle Tennessee Homebuilders Association Sales Manager of the Year. In addition, Chris is an active Board Member for the Middle Tennessee Transit Alliance, TN Promise Mentor, and member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Chris is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, at Knoxville. Chris, his wife and two sons currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

Ashley has 20+ years of home building experience, including various roles in Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Design Center Management. She has a background in both private and public companies, including a national new home builder. Ashley serves on the board for the Sales and Marketing Council, HBAMT, and the THDA Housing Industry Advisory Board. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in finance.

Jim Carden grew up in northeast TN, and has called middle Tennessee home since 1998. He has a BS in Accounting, and also obtained his MBA. Jim started in New Home Sales in 1999, and has also served roles as a sales manager and an operational manager. Jim owned a small home building company for five years in Middle Tennessee. Jim and his wife Kara have two children--Ryan and Sophia, and currently reside in Mt. Juliet, TN. He started working with Goodall Homes in 2012 as Customer Service Manager, before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Care. Jim's hobbies include hiking, reading, and beekeeping.
