Avid Ratings conducts customer satisfaction surveys at the following times:
- Process Survey: Provides vital feedback on your experience during the buying process, as well as the friendliness and competence of the New Home Consultant and Project Manager.
- Move In Survey: This survey gives us feedback on your experience during the construction process, as well as your satisfaction with both the mortgage and closing processes.
- Year End Survey: This survey is conducted by Avid Ratings 13 months after you move in to your new home, and allows us to find out how you are enjoying your new home. Also gives you the opportunity to give feedback on the quality of workmanship on your new home and your experience with our Customer Care Department.
