Bob Goodall, Jr. - President and Owner

Bob Goodall is the President and Owner of Goodall Homes. He graduated from Lambuth University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. As a licensed real estate broker, residential contractor and commercial contractor since 1983, Bob has an extensive background in the new home building and selling industry in Middle Tennessee. In addition to his involvement with Goodall Homes, Bob has served his community in such ways as President - Sumner Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year, Chairman - Forward Sumner Economic council and numerous others.

Keith Porterfield - Chief Operations Officer

Originally from Cadiz, Kentucky, Keith started his career by serving in the military for seven years. Keith served as a helicopter communication and navigation systems repair specialist during the first Gulf War in 1990 and 1991. After his military service, Keith began his career in the building industry in 1995 when he ran his own custom homebuilder business.

Rich Pankow - Chief Financial Officer

Rich Pankow is the Chief Financial Officer for Goodall Homes. He has been working in finance since 2000, and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accountancy from the College of William and Mary.

Chris O'Neal - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Chris O'Neal is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Goodall Homes. In 1994, he began his career in sales, marketing and management, and he has a background in both private and public companies. Chris has been involved in new home sales management since 2004. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, at Knoxville.

Jack Ludington - Vice President of Development

Jack Ludington began his career as a city engineer in Wilmington, Delaware after graduating from the University of Delaware with his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Jack's experience in land acquisition and development has included projects in 10 different states and has been involved in projects with Centex Homes and Beazer Homes. Throughout the course of his career, Jack has had a hand in the acquisition or development of over 25,000 lots throughout the country.

Ryan Clinard - Vice President of Production and Costing

A native of Gallatin, Tennessee, Ryan Clinard earned his Master's of Business Administration degree while working full time for Goodall Homes in 2007. He excelled as the Director of Purchasing and Design, and was promoted in early 2011 to the VP of Production and Costing.
